How to read this assessment

One conclusion, then the detail, then the proof

Every level answers the same question with more evidence, so executives and engineers can stay in the same story.

01
Start with the decision

The overview states what works, what remains, and the next executive decision.

02
Understand each obligation

Scope, evaluation, architecture, and path-forward pages explain the conclusion, gap, and owner.

03
Inspect the proof

Cases, tool contracts, traces, and source artifacts let engineering drill into the evidence.

The story

Five chapters, one argument

The same story the full assessment tells—each chapter opens into its own page of detail.

Finish the evidence, build the dependable core, then harden only what customers use.

Before and after

Same catalog. A stronger boundary.

The redesign is not a larger platform—it moves the answer boundary out of model guesswork and into one small, testable service.

Before · supplied POCThe model infers the answer boundary
  1. Host agent
  2. Multiple surfaces
  3. Prose formatter
  4. OptiCat operations
The model must infer identity, completeness, and sufficiency.
After · validated targetThe service verifies the answer boundary
  1. Customer journey
  2. Resolver + adapter
  3. Validation gate
  4. Evidence-backed answer
The model explains returned evidence; it cannot manufacture it.
